Cordyceps Extract

Cordyceps (Cordyceps Sinensis) has a long history of use in eastern medicine. But it garnered world-wide attention in 1993 when Chinese female runners achieved records in 1500 m, 3000 m, and 10,000 m events with their coach attributing their success to a diet containing Cordyceps, thud popularising the term 'the energy mushroom'.

Wild Cordyceps Sinensis originates from the mountainous regions of Tibet. But technological developments allows for our Cordyceps to be grown in bioreactors. This ensures a pure, cruelty free product is achieved high in active compounds.

Cordyceps extract comes in liquid (tincture) or powder form. Extract powders typically have a higher concentration of active compounds and for convenience we also offer our extract powder in a capsule pill form.

Our capsules are made from Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose. They are Vegan & Gluten Free 00 size and contain approximately 540mg of extract powder per capsule (~50g per 90).
