Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus) holds the admiral reputation as as ‘the king of mushrooms’. Originally popularised as a coffee substitute in the second war for it’s comparrable qualities. Chaga boasts a complex array of properties and is used to address a wide range of illnesses.
Wild Chaga extract comes in liquid (tincture) or powder form. Extract powders typically have a higher concentration of active compounds and for convenience we also offer our extract powder in a capsule pill form.
Our capsules are made from Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose. They are Vegan & Gluten Free 00 size and contain approximately 540mg of extract powder per capsule (~50g per 90).

Chaga has a warm earthy taste making it perfect for incorporating into hot and cold drinks like coffee, cacao and smoothies. As well as being enjoyed on its own in a traditional Chaga tea. Chaga can also be added to food such as peanut butter, yeast extract and overnight oats. The fine spray dried particles dissolve almost effortlessly.

So I picked up some of their products recently at the Bolton food festival-mainly for my husband as he likes things out of the ordinary (and mushroom coffee isn’t exactly the standard you get in the coffee shops now is it!)
However after talking with the very friendly gentleman on the stand in depth about the different health benefits I also picked one up for me as it specifically listed long covid (amongst others) which unfortunately I have. So I thought well why not give it a try not thinking it would do much.
I couldn’t have been more wrong. I only started two days ago and even only after my first I was quite frankly amazed.
I haven’t felt this close to my old self in literally years. I had so much more energy and felt able to do more around the house again even cooked which is the first time I’ve properly done that since my diagnosis.
If somebody had told me it could make this big a difference I honestly wouldn’t have believed them but I am so, so glad I took a leap of faith with it.
I’ve also bought some of the ready mixes I’ve yet to try but I’m now more than excited to do so!!
I suffer from psoriasis (autoimmune condition) and after only a week of taking this, there has been a marked reduction in itchiness. I only take one scoop every morning so it is very easy to incorporate into your daily diet. Personally, I recommend this if you suffer from autoimmune issues. There's no harm in trying it and seeing if it helps you.
