Lion's Mane Extract

Lion's Mane has the proud reputation of being 'the smart mushroom'. Lion's Mane (Hericium Erinaceus) contain compounds called hericenones and erinacines, which have been exciting the medical community for their potential to help a range of health issues. Lion's Mane has quickly gained popular appeal with exposure on Dragons Den, This Morning, Aldi's Next Big Thing and Clarkson's Farm television programmes. 

Lion's Mane extract comes in liquid (tincture) or powder form. Extract powders typically have a higher concentration of active compounds and for convenience we also offer our extract powder in a capsule pill form.

Our capsules are made from Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose. They are Vegan & Gluten Free 00 size and contain approximately 540mg of extract powder per capsule (~50g per 90).

Lion's Mane has a soft malt and umami flavour. In small doses it can be quite pleasant when combined with breakfast tea or with other mild flavour combinations
